What happens if I miss a rent payment?

Your landlord notifies us and, if a valid claim is made under the deed, we may pay the
landlord and then seek reimbursement from you.
We’ll contact you quickly to agree a repayment plan. If we can’t reach you, we may
contact your co-signer.
You remain responsible for repaying any losses. Interest and charges may apply (T&Cs
9.1-9.2).
