If you don’t repay amounts due, we may (under the T&Cs):
• Charge interest and fees (T&Cs 9.1-9.2)
• Set off amounts owed (T&Cs 8.4).
• Terminate services for non-payment or other breaches (T&Cs 17.5).
• Instruct solicitors and commence proceedings; £300 minimum solicitor costs
may be charged (T&Cs 9.2(g)).
