What happens if I end my tenancy early?

If your tenancy ends early in line with a break clause or by mutual agreement, and your
accommodation provider confirms release with no claims, we’ll pro-rata refund unused
months in your subscription. These are reimbursed within 14 days after conditions in
the T&Cs are met.
