nominate a cosigner → make payment → complete AI-based ID verification →
manage property submissions and status via your dashboard.
 Support throughout your tenancy: We coordinate guarantor paperwork with
landlords/agents and handle claims processes if things go wrong.
 Multiple applications: You can submit details of multiple tenancy applications
from your dashboard at no extra cost.
 Refund safety net: If you don’t secure a tenancy with us, you get your fee back
(see our Refund policy).
We support you until you secure a tenancy, refund you if you don’t succeed, support you
throughout your tenancy, and provide flexibility throughout the journey where possible.
