Are there late-payment fees on my subscription?

Yes. Under the T&Cs, unpaid amounts can accrue interest at 8% per year above the
Bank of England base rate (accruing daily), and the following charges may apply (T&Cs
9.1–9.2):
• Late Payment Fee £30
• Letter/Email £30
• Failed Direct Debit £30
• Returned Cheque £50
• Tracing Service £100
• Arrears Notification £30
• Solicitors’ costs £300 minimum
• Notice of Termination £50
• Eviction Proceedings: proportionate to work required
We may also set off amounts owed to us against amounts received from you (T&Cs 8.4).
