Your guarantee renews automatically in 6-month Continuation Periods for as long as your tenancy continues, so you do not need to reapply. Before each renewal we send a Continuation Notice at least 30 days ahead showing the next period's fee, which may differ, and how to decline if you don't want it to continue.
