There are two separate fees.
Most applications are charged a one-time application fee of £10. Not every
application is charged it — whether it applies to yours is shown before you pay.
Where it is charged it is non-refundable.
The guarantor service fee depends on your circumstances — your share of the
rent, your university, your nationality and your year of study all affect it.
Because of that there is no single flat price. Your exact fee is calculated for
you and shown at checkout before you pay anything, and confirmed afterwards by
a payment receipt email.
We accept all major credit cards, and for some applications WeChat Pay and
Alipay as well. The payment methods available for your application are shown at
the checkout stage. We do not accept cash, cryptocurrency or cheques.
