What is your refund policy?

• If we can’t finalise your order: full refund.
• Right to cancel before signing the guarantor deed: you can cancel any time prior
to signing the deed/agreement between you, us, and the landlord.
• If your accommodation provider releases you and us from the
tenancy/guarantee: where services were performed but your accommodation
provider confirms release and no claims are made, we’ll pro-rata refund the
unused months without undue delay and within 14 days after you satisfy the
cancellation conditions.
• Once we’ve “assumed risk” you cannot cancel if the accommodation
provider/landlord refuses to release us and/or a claim has been received.
