Occasionally we need a little more information, or a quick manual review, which can take a few hours.
Once you are approved we confirm your details with your landlord or letting agent. When they confirm, you are sent the service fee invoice and your guarantor agreement to sign, and your guarantee is active as soon as that is signed.
In practice the whole process takes minutes — the only common delay is waiting for a landlord or agent to confirm.
