Our guarantor service covers your entire tenancy period as stated in your tenancy agreement. Cover renews automatically in 6-month Continuation Periods for as long as your tenancy continues, so you do not need to apply for a new guarantor service for a renewal period — we’ll send a Continuation Notice at least 30 days before each renewal, and you can decline at any time before we collect the fee.
