property information before you start, you can complete the whole application
end to end in one sitting — paying the service fee and signing the contract in
the same session, rather than waiting for us to go back to them.
This happens where we already hold confirmed details for the property, which is
most common with letting agents and accommodation providers we work with
directly.
Otherwise the application pauses after you submit while we confirm your details
with your landlord. Once they confirm, you are sent the service fee invoice and
the agreement to sign.
