Our guarantees are valid for 48 months or the duration of your tenancy, whichever is shorter. Upon activating a guarantee, we collect payment to cover the first 12 months of service. At the end of the 12 months, we collect payment for a further 6 months every 6 months thereafter. Your guarantor agreement lays out clearly the full schedule of charges for the guarantor service over the course of the tenancy.
