Occasionally we need a little more information, or a quick manual review, which can take a few hours. This is rare, and it is not usually what holds things up.
After approval we confirm your details with your landlord or letting agent. Once they confirm, you are sent the service fee invoice and your guarantor agreement to sign, and your guarantee is active as soon as that is signed.
In practice the whole process takes minutes — the most common delay is waiting for a landlord or agent to confirm.
