Once the application is submitted, The Student Guarantor contacts the letting agent to confirm the rental details. The letting agent then reviews and signs the paperwork. After that, both the student and their co-signer/guarantor are invited to sign the agreement. Once all parties have signed, a copy of the contract is circulated and the guarantee is complete.
