The Student Guarantor’s service is widely accepted by landlords and letting agents, but it is ultimately up to the individual landlord or agent whether they are willing to accept a professional guarantor service. We issue our own formal Guarantor Agreement for the approved student, which the landlord or agent is asked to review and sign as part of the process. The recommended approach is: (1) start the application with us; (2) inform the letting agent that you are using a professional UK guarantor service; (3) once the property details are confirmed, we will contact the agent or landlord to verify the rental details and send the guarantor paperwork. If an agent has specific requirements, they can contact us directly to have the service explained.
