No. The Student Guarantor does not need to be included directly in the tenancy agreement or periodic contract. Instead, we issue a separate Guarantor Agreement that is signed independently. That separate agreement sets out the guarantor cover, including the approved tenant, property, rent amount, rent share, and guarantee period. The tenancy agreement therefore remains solely between the landlord and the tenant, while our obligations are handled under the separate Guarantor Agreement.
