Why is an unfamiliar phone number shown on the payment confirmation screen?

The phone number displayed on the payment confirmation screen comes from the payment provider (Stripe), specifically from a Stripe feature called 'Link'. Stripe/Link automatically associates a phone number with the email address used for payment. It is not a number you entered into the TSG application itself.
