Yes. In a joint tenancy you have two options: (a) be guaranteed only for your individual share of the rent, or (b) accept total liability for the entire rent of the tenancy. If you choose option (b), only one guarantor service is required for the whole tenancy. If each tenant will be guaranteed for their own share, each co-tenant must make a separate TSG application, and TSG will need to notify the letting partner of the change in pricing.
