Each tenant applies individually through the TSG website. Each applicant needs a co-signer (who does not need to be UK-based). Alternatively, one person can apply to cover the entire combined rent. Once an applicant and their co-signer complete their steps, TSG sends an email to the letting agent to verify the details. Once the agent confirms, the applicant pays the fee and signs the guarantor agreement.
