The process works as follows: 1) The student starts an online application providing personal, university, co-signer, and rental details. 2) The student nominates a co-signer (usually a parent, relative, guardian, or trusted friend — they do not need to live in the UK). 3) We review the application and supporting information. 4) Once rental details are ready, we contact the landlord, letting agent, or accommodation provider to confirm tenancy details. 5) If approved, guarantee paperwork is issued and signed by the relevant parties. 6) The student pays the Guarantor Service Fee before the guarantee is completed and activated.
