Invitations lists every open invitation until the tenant starts their application, with filters for Pending, Accepted and Cancelled.
Per invitation:
Resend sends the same link again.
Edit changes the tenant's name or email address. Changes apply until the tenant starts their application. Cosigner and tenancy details already held on the invitation are unchanged — the dialog lists which sections are held. Saving does not resend; use Save and resend for that.
Cancel stops the link from working. Nothing else about the application changes, and a fresh invitation can be sent at any time.
If an invitation bounces, the row is marked as not delivered. Correct the address and resend — a bounced invitation was rejected by the recipient's mail server, so resending to the same address will fail again.
Invitations sent more than seven days ago with no application started appear under Action required, so stale invitations surface without checking this page.
