Action required collects everything waiting on your company, in five groups:
Rent details to confirm — master-agreement companies only. Details confirmed here serve as the confirmation of rent details for the tenancy; no separate request is sent.
Confirmation of rent details outstanding — requested from the tenancy manager and not yet completed. Resend the request or change the recipient.
Flagged for review — held by The Student Guarantor pending a check. No partner action is required; the group exists so the hold is visible.
Change requested by the tenant — a correction has been requested to details your company supplied. Review and confirm or amend.
Invitations not started — sent more than seven days ago with no application started. Resend, edit, or cancel.
The badge on the notifications bell in the top bar is the size of this queue, so the number there and the number here never disagree.
An empty queue means exactly what it says: nothing is waiting on your company.
