Audit log records actions taken in this portal — invitations sent, roles changed, rent details confirmed, settings updated — each with its timestamp, the member who took it, the application it touched and the detail of the change.
The log is available to head office.
Entries can be narrowed by date range — the last 7, 30 or 90 days, this month, all time, or a custom range — and exported to CSV for records or review.
Sign-ins are not recorded in the audit log; it is a record of actions, not of access. For anything the log does not cover, contact support with the application reference and approximate date.
