Referrals, pricing and commission

How applications are attributed to your company, how partner pricing applies, and when commission accrues.

Attribution. An application is attributed to your company when it starts from your invitation, an application started on the tenant's behalf, your public invitation link, or a Street import. Attribution is what both pricing and commission follow.

Partner pricing. Where your company has a standing partner rate, it applies automatically to attributed applications and takes precedence over any public offer code the tenant enters — a public code never displaces the partner rate.

Commission. Commission accrues under the terms agreed with your company when a guarantee becomes active — not at invitation or at signing. Where both a referrer and the landlord's letting agent are involved in the same tenancy, each company accrues its own agreed commission; one does not reduce the other.

Commission amounts and payment terms are set by your company's agreement with The Student Guarantor and are not shown in the portal. For a statement or a question about terms, contact support or your account manager.
