After you and your co-signer complete your parts of the application, TSG sends an email to your letting agent/landlord to verify the details. Once they confirm, TSG sends them a guarantor agreement to sign. After the landlord signs, you and your co-signer are prompted to sign the agreement and pay the fee. Once all parties have signed and the fee is paid, your guarantee becomes active.
