Yes. If there is one joint tenancy contract, each tenant can apply to TSG separately. TSG needs the correct rental details entered: the total monthly rent for the whole property, the number of tenants, your individual rent share, the tenancy dates, and the landlord or agent details. Your Guarantor Service Fee is based on the rent share TSG is asked to guarantee for you. TSG's guarantee does not automatically cover your co-tenants; each of them would need to apply and be approved individually if they also require a guarantor.
