Team and branches

Invite colleagues, set roles, and organise the company into branches.

Team & branches manages who has access to the portal. It is visible to head office; branch management sees the members of their own branches.

Invite colleagues sends each person a link to set a password. Access begins when they first sign in; until then they appear on the Pending tab, where an invitation can be resent or revoked.

Per member, under :

  • Change role — head office, branch management or agent. Access changes as soon as it is saved; applications and invitations are unaffected.

  • Move branch — visibility changes to the destination branch; applications in the previous branch are no longer visible to that member.

  • Send password reset link — a link is generated to copy and pass to the member. Passwords are never displayed or emailed.

  • Deactivate — portal access is withdrawn immediately and can be restored at any time. The member's applications and invitations are unaffected.

  • Transfer ownership — the chosen member becomes the account owner and the current owner reverts to head office.

Branches group applications and members. Adding a branch takes a name; archiving one stops new tenants being added to it — existing applications remain in place and stay visible. Each branch has two settings: whether its agents may confirm rent details, and its default invitation language, which is inherited from the company setting unless overridden.
