Each application has three tabs.
Activity records emails, status changes and signatures in order, with times shown in the stated timezone. Tracked emails carry a delivery state:
Sent — handed to the email provider; delivery not yet confirmed.
Delivered — accepted by the recipient's mail server; may still have been filed as spam.
Opened — displayed in a mail client. Some clients register an open with no reader, and others block tracking, so an open is not proof of reading and a missing open is not proof of ignoring.
Clicked — a link in the email was followed.
Bounced — rejected by the mail server; correct the address and resend.
Delayed — temporarily undeliverable; retried automatically.
Cosigner messages also go by WhatsApp, with sent, delivered and read states. Messages sent before delivery tracking was introduced show the send date only.
Documents collects the paperwork as each step completes: identity results (shown as a document type and result, never a scan), the signed guarantor agreement, and the guarantee certificate once the guarantee is active.
Notes are internal. They are visible to colleagues at your company and to The Student Guarantor, and never to the tenant.
Remove from list on an application stops it appearing in this portal. The tenant's application is unaffected and continues as normal.
