A master agreement is a standing agreement between The Student Guarantor and your company that covers every tenancy you refer, instead of each tenancy being papered individually.
For a master-agreement company:
Tenancy details entered at invitation are the confirmation of rent details. Whether entered through the wizard's Tenancy step, the invite dialog's property information, or the Action required queue, they are not asked of anyone again — no separate request goes to a landlord or tenancy manager.
The tenant sees those details as read-only, with an option to request a change rather than edit them directly.
Fewer signatures per tenancy. Steps covered by the master agreement show as "Not needed" on the application's checklist rather than outstanding.
The practical effect is a shorter path: applications from master-agreement companies move from cosigner verification straight to signing.
